After more than 50 years, Union Pacific has restored Big Boy #4014. In commemoration we have designed several caps representing various Big Boy steam locomotives.
This cap features a Big Boy chalk logo. Just as it appeared on 4014, our Big Boy chalk logo replicates the marking made by an ALCO employee on the first 4-8-8-4 locomotive.
This is a brand new brushed cotton twill low fitting pro-style cap with firm front panel and adjustable hook and loop closure. Cap features embroidered flag flame pattern and direct embroidered logo. This is not a patch applique.
